Team-Building Game: “Who Knows Their Colleagues Best?”

At Cobblestone Energy, we believe in strengthening our team dynamic, and what better way to do that than through a fun-filled team-building activity? On February 13th, 2026, our team members from various departments, including Traders, Trading Analysts, Trading Strategists, Data Scientists, Developers, Tech Teams, Operations Teams, Commercial Graduates, and Leadership, came together for a game that put everyone’s knowledge of their colleagues to the test.

The game, titled “Who Knows Their Colleagues Best?”, was an exciting trivia game designed to encourage collaboration, strategic thinking, and, most importantly, fun. Teams of 4-5 players competed by guessing personal answers from their colleagues, making for plenty of surprises, laughter, and learning about each other’s hobbies and interests.

After enjoying in-office weekly open buffet, everyone gathered in the lounge area, where they formed teams and discussed their strategies. As the game manager presented questions like “How many music instruments do you play?”, teams had to pick a representative to answer. The twist? Each team guessed the answer for the other representatives, scoring points based on correct predictions and the unpredictability of the answers.

The event was a huge success, not just in terms of team bonding but also in fostering a deeper understanding of each colleague’s unique personality. It was a wonderful way to promote unity, inspire teamwork, and celebrate the diverse individuals that make Cobblestone Energy such an incredible place to work.

Many answers were surprising and reflected the great personalities behind each team member, showcasing the beauty of a multi-national and multi-cultural team. This event highlighted the strength that comes from our diverse backgrounds, and how we celebrate each individual’s uniqueness while strengthening our collective bond.
