We value the energy and fresh perspectives that emerging talent brings to the organisation. Many of our dream teamers started their careers at Cobblestone when they were still students or new graduates.
Our graduate roles are carefully designed to support the development of our young team members and help them excel in their roles to ultimately lead different business areas.
Our Commercial Development Program is a rotational graduate program to give exposure to our new recruits in the energy trading domain. It lasts 12 months and allows you to gain hands on experience working in our trading and analytics teams. You will be doing real work with tangible added value.
Team members who are on the CDP are called Commercial Graduates and they are assigned experienced Traders and Trading Analysts as mentors to guide them during their time in both departments. Upon graduating from the CDP, depending on your interest and strengths, you will advance your career by being placed permanently within one of our trading desks.
Our recruitment process has been designed to offer a clear, structured journey that helps us understand your strengths, problem-solving approach, and alignment with how we work. Each stage provides meaningful insight for both sides, giving you a transparent view of what to expect as you begin.
The process takes 3 to 4 weeks depending on the position.
