Our Recruitment Process
At Cobblestone Energy, we are deeply committed to our teams and the people who compose them. The hiring process is a critical part of our culture, and we take great care to ensure that we are hiring the most effective people.
To give you an idea of how we hire and assess candidates, we have mentioned some of the standard rounds that take place once you get into our hiring process. These may slightly differ based on different roles and teams and you may also be required to do any additional round based on your application. All rounds are virtual, and you receive job specific recruitment guides mentioning explainer for each round, after you clear our initial resume screening.
Online
assessments
Once you clear our initial screening, you may be required to do some psychometric tests that assess your numerical, logical and analytical thinking. A coding test may be asked at some point of your application if you have applied for a role in our tech team.
Short Chats
Clearing the assessments, you may have quick 15-20 min chats with the HR or a team member to assess the key skills relevant to your role.

Knowledge Interviews
These interviews are taken by senior and experienced team members and maybe a little longer than 30 min. These are designed to test your understanding of our industry based on the pre read material we share for preparation.
Cultural Round
Our values are extremely important to us. This final virtual interview is an extended conversation to explore your experiences and values and assess your cultural fit.
On Site Training (CTP)
We require candidates to clear an onsite training in our office in Dubai, before we extend our full-time offer. It is an opportunity for us to get to know you better in person and for you, to meet your potential team. If you reside outside Dubai, we cover all expenses of your travel and stay for this training.
After all your interviews, our team bring together everything related to your application along with background references to make the final decision. If we feel you are the best candidate for the position, your recruiter will get in touch with you for the full-time offer.
