During my CTP, I had a chance to interact with the entire team. It was during these interactions that I learned the team strived for excellence and would only push further from once it achieved that. Hard work meeting talent is a rare sight, but the sheer abundance of it here at Cobblestone was what drew me the most.

As a Commercial Graduate, I get to dabble between both analysis and trading which are very different in terms of the skill set required and hence I am able to learn much more than I would in any other place at such an early stage in my career.

At university I found an interest in analysis after using Python and Excel and the opportunity to do analysis in a new country where I would meet new people, learn about a new market and industry and make an impact seemed intriguing to me.

I was a portfolio manager in my college, focusing on stock market. Energy industry was relatively new while also interesting to me, especially the volatility that I decided to challenge myself and have a shot.

In trading team, we are given power and corresponding responsibility in trading that I feel I am involved. I also like the trading tools, and our voice can be heard if we find anything needed to be improved in terms of our trading execution and tool development.

Definitely trading. We have powerful tools that we can accurately price the market. Our performance is also easy to be quantified with our PnL, which is straight-forward.
