You can apply for more than one role, however your application will be active only for 1 role at a time. It means, once you have applied, our team will carefully review and based on your skills advise which role your application can be progressed for.

This depends on the role you have applied for however most roles require the resume and the highest level of education transcript. For the graduate role, A’ level and university transcripts are required.

Depending on your country of application, this is the same as 12th grade, High school, or higher secondary.

Yes, you can still apply; however, you will be required to submit it during the process.

Your application will be reviewed by one of our recruiters and we will contact you with an update of your status, normally between 1-3 days.

The required traits vary from one position to another, and usually the relevant JDs will highlight what we’re looking for. Generally, we look for a strong desire to learn, high intelligence, resilience, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion to excel.

Yes, as stated in the email, applicants can reapply to another position or to the same position after a specific period of time (6-12 months) depending on how far they had progressed in the recruitment process.

We accept applications from students who are in their final semester and can start full-time roles as soon as they graduate.

This depends on the role and interview you are preparing for. Your interview invite email will include all the specifics including pre-reading material and videos from our interviewers to let you know how best you can prepare for your upcoming round.

It depends on the role you have applied for. Generally, it takes about 4-6 weeks.

Yes, we offer generous relocation support covering all costs from your flight tickets, work visa and initial hotel accommodation so you can relocate with peace of mind.

We have a mentorship structure at Cobblestone that enables you to have a personal mentor who advises you on each step of your journey with regular feedback sessions to help you grow into a valuable member of the team. Through an L&D budget, you can take up any external course that complements your on-the-job learning. There are also opportunities to attend global networking events and conferences in your domain of work.

The nature of our business requires a close knitted working approach among the traders, analysts and the tech team. Almost all our full-time team members are based in our HQ in Dubai, with a few external contractors working remotely. However, we do provide some work-from-home days each month in case you want to spend a little more time with family or dedicate some special focus to important tasks.

Depending on the role you are onboarded for, we have a few family benefits that include enrolling your spouse and children in the annual health insurance scheme, sponsoring a residence visa and flight ticket allowance to your home country and an initial stay in hotel accommodation for you and your family to settle and relocate in the new country.

We have only 1 physical office that is based in Dubai, UAE. All our full-time teams work from here.
