The nature of our business requires a close knitted working approach among the traders, analysts and the tech team. Almost all our full-time team members are based in our HQ in Dubai, with a few external contractors working remotely. However, we do provide some work-from-home days each month in case you want to spend a little more time with family or dedicate some special focus to important tasks.

Depending on the role you are onboarded for, we have a few family benefits that include enrolling your spouse and children in the annual health insurance scheme, sponsoring a residence visa and flight ticket allowance to your home country and an initial stay in hotel accommodation for you and your family to settle and relocate in the new country.

We have only 1 physical office that is based in Dubai, UAE. All our full-time teams work from here.
